Designed to help women feel powerful and confident in their bodies, Femme Force Fitness is not your average workout. You will Never repeat the same workout, within Boot Camp or Femme Attack. You will always feel like you are in a supportive and fun setting. We’re an Empowering and strong fitness program that is designed for women to progressively challenge themselves and get into the best shape of their lives.

Femme Force Fitness welcomes women of all ages, abilities and levels of fitness, and provides a one hour long total-body functional circuit style workout that combines:

FEMME FORCE BOOTCAMP

Sweat yourself FIT with FEMME FORCE FITNESS! If you’re looking to take your workouts to the next level, develop confidence and strength, by challenging yourself but always honoring your body than come try our BOOTCAMP program! I have no doubt that it will help you to shed that stubborn fat, build self love and get you into shape! Workouts are always different, keeping you motivated and always guessing what’s next. FEMME ATTACK

We know how effective kickboxing and mixed martial arts conditioning can be to help you lose weight and get in shape fast, so we created this workout program for the modern Femme Force woman.

Femme Attack is an empowering and strong fitness program designed to help women feel confident and strong in their bodies while learning techniques progressively and with like minded women. Emma herself has spent 4 years training and competing in mixed martial arts. Her passion for the sport gave her the idea to design a program that would help women STAND IN THEIR POWER! Femme Attack routines are effective and challenging, your confidence will soare and your cardiovascular health will improve dramatically. Come try out FEMME ATTACK, you will always leave feeling extremely EMPOWERED!

WEEKEND WARRIOR

Is an hour and a half high energy functional class. Weather permitting we take you beauties outside to sweat it out with mother nature. You never know what to expect on a Saturday but one thing you can always count on is that this class will leave you feeling accomplished and ready to ROCK your weekend.

  • Cardio Endurance Training
  • Core Conditioning

YOGA

Femme Force Now Offers Yoga! Come as you are and explore yoga in our safe, non-heated, women’s only environment. In our Femme Force Yoga Series, we will play with asanas (poses), pranayama (breath practice), and mindful meditation. It doesn’t matter where you are on life’s journey; we encourage you to open your heart to receive the gifts that yoga brings into our lives. Through yoga we learn to let go of our judgement and self-made expectations, which allows us to soften our heart to ourself, embrace where we are in the present moment, and honor our body.

PERSONAL TRAINING

These hour long training sessions are with a qualified female trainer and includes a dynamic warm up, your program workout, and a cool down stretch. Assessents and nutritional guidence is also included.

The goal with personal training is to get you strong and confident enough to join a group class, where you will be surrounded by encouraging women who support and push you to dig deeper.
